Missions Sunday
Missions Sunday focuses on Missions locally and globally. Everyone has the opportunity to intentionally sow towards missions during this time. You can give once or set up a recurring donation towards missions.
Gala
The Missions Gala is our most grandiose fundraising mission event for the year. The gala highlights all of the mission trips from the current year, projects worked on, upcoming trips and so much more. The gala is a dressy event where you can represent your cultural heritage by wearing native clothing or just dress to impress!
Taste of the Nations
Taste of the Nations is our way of showcasing culinary skills from over 65 nations represented at WHC. Gastronomic delights are guaranteed. Be adventurous, take your taste buds on a tour of the globe! Join us for Taste of the Nations.
Missions School
Missions School attendance is a requirement for anyone who wishes to go on a mission trip with WHC. Missed our in person class? Take the class online at your convenience, https://whcga.teachable.com.
Missions Workshop
The Missions Workshops are held at the beginning of each year.
There are 2 workshops, one for leaders and anyone interested in leading a trip and then one for the general congregation.
You will have the opportunity to meet the trip leaders, learn about upcoming trips, review previous year’s trips and the Missions Manual for Leaders and Participants, StreetReach in the mission field, fundraising, and much, much more.
Nations Flag Walk
The Nations Flag Walk is the time to proudly give acknowledgement to your heritage. Hold the flag for your country during either of the Sunday morning services, 9am or 11:15am.
